As a Christian girly, what does your daily routine look like? Setting aside any judgement, if this question feels sensitive, it could be because you find it challenging to integrate God into your daily life. Regardless of the reasons or excuses we use to justify such actions, spending time with God can never harm you or leave you with regrets.
The Lord is always near with open arms, yet we often push Him aside until the end of the night or mealtime. Instead of allocating only a small fraction of your day to Him, incorporate him as you cook that meal, or as you complete your night routine before saying your night prayer.

Praise Him in the Morning, Noon, When the Sun goes Down & Every time in Between
God is so good that He is worthy of our constant praise and worship to Him every second of every day. Yet, our minds race a million miles a second switching from thoughts, memories, to rebuttals of arguments from three years, and much more.
But when you wake up, praise Him, thank Him, meditate in His presence, even if it means waking up ten minutes earlier. Waking up is a miracle itself because someone else might have lost their life at the moment you woke up. Start your day off right by having your first conversation of the day with God; it sets you in the right direction for an amazing day.
During the day, praise Him again, talk to Him, tell Him just how much you LOVE and appreciate Him for moving in your life the way He does so gracefully. The Lord will not abandon those who answer and invite Him in when He comes knocking.
When night time arrives and the beautiful sun shines elsewhere, thank the Lord again because you made it through the day with everything intact. There can never be enough thank-yous for Him, but thank Him anyway, for He is the Lord your God.
Continue to pray to Him throughout the morning, noon, and night because you are unworthy, but He is.
