It’s Sunday, and if you’re anything like me, then today begins your new week. So why not start it off with a nice little reset that’ll carry into the next?

Write Down Your Goals For the Week
- When you write things down- whether it’s on paper, your phone, or mirror, who cares? They become tangible and within in reach
- If the rest of the week sounds like too much, write down your goals for tomorrow
- But keep in mind that this means you’ll be writing down goals everyday for the next day
- Know out your goals each day like they’re that one ex who cheated on you
Keep Yourself Accountable
- If you know there’s something you’re procrastinating or avoiding, knock it out
- If you know you want to be in the gym, go to the gym
- go to the store and make that healthy meal and wave goodbye to that convenient fast-food restaurant right next to it
- Stop pressing snooze and get up
- Set yourself up to become the you that you’ve always wanted to be
- Don’t depend on someone else to remind you of the things you should be doing- remind yourself, hold yourself accountable, and get it done girly
Set Time For You and You Only
- If you’re a girly who gives yourself constantly to everyone and forgets about yourself, here’s a reminder: you need you too
- If it means waking up an hour early or going to sleep an hour later, do it. Spend time with yourself
- Don’t repeat the same cycle of over and over again, because you’ll become resentful toward those you show up for
- Love yourself, say no when you need to, and remember that the time you set for yourself if for you alone and no one else
